Order handling
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off are picked the same working day where stock is available. Larger consignments and pallet movements are booked with the carrier and confirmed with a delivery window before dispatch.
Where a line is on allocation, active trade accounts are prioritised and your contact will confirm quantities before the order is processed, rather than short-shipping without notice.
Delivery costs are quoted per consignment based on weight, pallet count and destination, so you can price landed cost accurately before committing.
